Act as the primary point of contact for managed accounts
Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with clients
Foster reliable advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Grow the customer base and expand business with existing clients
Negotiate contracts and finalize deals
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions and services as per customer needs and objectives
Predict and monitor critical account metrics
Collaborate with the team
Proven work experience as Key Account Manager or similar
Demonstrating effective communication, presentation, and influence with all levels of an organization, including executives and C-suite
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
To be considered for the position, candidates must be located in the Stockholm area and be Swedish citizens
Experience in and good understanding of the Cybersecurity industry
+3 years of cybersecurity sales experience, knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, products, frameworks, and solutions
Good understanding of the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and SOC ecosystem
Good understanding of Cybersecurity solutions and areas including Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management
