Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at Sciber, you will be part of our sales team and act as primary point of contact for managed accounts and foster reliable advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Your daily job you will be both grow our customer base and expand business with existing clients and negotiate contracts and finalize deals.
About the job
- Act as primary point of contact for large customers
- Grow customer base and expand business with existing customers
- Collaborate closely with the Sciber team of architects, consultants and others to build and foster a reliable advisor relationship with our customers
Qualifications:
- You have Swedish citizenship.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record as Account Executive or similar.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity sales experience, knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks and solutions.
- Good knowledge of the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and SOC ecosystem.
